Excellent wait staff,great food, have never had a plate which was not delicious. Prices very reasonable. Five Star across the board. The Ladies are a perfect joy,always smiling, their laughter is contagious.
For an old fashion traditional breakfast I highly recommend Ma's CrossRoads Grill, they even have refried beans, tortillas for that Mexican food flair, and for us military and veterans they also have SOS biscuits and gravy, ( all pryer military know what that is). So walk in and say hello to the great, friendly staff, who knows you might even run into the town's mayor Kevin he's been known to dine there regularly, between you and me I think he and Wendy have something going on.
Fantastic! As most of the reviews have stated, get there early for lunch. Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner Thursday- Saturday. Chicken Fried steak was amazing! Will be back!! Oh and the self serve bean pot was outstanding!!

This was a jewel of a find on a trip back from Colorado to our home in Austin. We were about an hour out of this sleeply little town searching for a lunch place and opted for a mom and pop kind of place. Well, we were super lucky to stumble upon Ma's for lunch because chicken fried steak with mashed 'taters, corn, salad, roll and a piece of red velvet cake for dessert. All for about 12$ and it was all delicious. They even have a big 'ole pot of beans, self serve, free with your meal! Dang. I just love these small town mom and pop restaurants. You just don't see this type of home style cooking and value in the big city. Every day they have a different lunch special so if you want the CFS lunch, come in on Wednesday folks!
Anytime driving through Santa Ana, this is a must stop place to get a delicious home cooked meal! Greeted quickly & with a friendly smile. Had the lunch special - chicken fried steak green beans carrots, pinto beans, roll and a slice of cake! Today was German chocolate. Tall glass of sweet tea. All for $12!!! (Before tax) Great food & price! Crosses on the walls are for sale! Someone made them! I was so hungry and it smelled so good -- I forgot about a pic! But trust me - you'll be thanking me later!
My eggs were cooked to perfection gravy was spot on went great on my cowboy fries all round good breakfast

We had a great lunch at MA's CrossRoads while passing through Santa Anna. We sat outside on the porch because we had our dog with us. Every single person who went by greeted us. We both had the patty melt and fries- no surprises, exactly what you want in a patty melt. We also took a cinnamon roll for breakfast the next day and it did not disappoint either.
Yummm food is really good, the service is great, and the ambiance so yes i would recommend this restaurant to my friends and family
